How do I find the frame number of my cargo bike?
The frame number can be found in one of the following places on your Babboe cargo bike:
- On the front of the seat tube (on E models)
- On the back of the seat tube (on Mountain models)
- Above the mid-drive motor (on Mountain models)
- On the left of the bottom bracket
On the front of the seat tube (on E models)
In most cases there is a sticker on the cargo bike’s seat tube. You will find the frame number under the barcode.
On the back of the seat tube (on Mountain models)
Most Mountain models have a sticker with the frame number on the back of the seat tube. The frame number consists of the letters AC plus 7 numbers.
Above the mid-drive motor (Mountain)
On Mountain models the frame number is above the mounting for the mid-drive motor.
On the left of the bottom bracket
If there is no sticker on the seat tube, the frame number can be read from the round end of the bottom bracket on the left-hand side, as viewed from the saddle (where the pedal comes out of the frame).
